How do studio holds work?

We place soft holds for 48 hours with no fee. If another client confirms, we’ll give you a right-of-first-refusal call. Confirmed bookings require a 30% deposit.

Are your rooms sound-treated?

Yes. Floors are decoupled where needed, walls have broadband absorption panels, and we provide extra sound blankets on request at no extra cost.

Do you have a cyclorama?

Our main studio features a 30ft pure white cyclorama that is repainted monthly. Clean shoe covers and advance notice for heavy rigs are required.

What power is available?

Studios feature dedicated 20A circuits on every wall and a 3-phase 100A tie-in in the larger room. Exact load specs are listed on each catalog page.

Can we scout before booking?

Absolutely. We offer 30-minute complimentary scouts during weekday daylight hours. Book a scout directly through the contact page.

What about parking and load-in?

Secure loading zone with two dollies available on every booking. Street parking is limited; we send tailored load-in instructions with every confirmation.

What is your cancellation policy?

72+ hours notice: full refund minus processing fee. 24–72 hours: 50% retained. Less than 24 hours or no-show: full day charged.

Do you rent cameras and lighting?

Yes. A carefully curated selection of cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio kits is available. Add gear directly from the catalog or during checkout.

Is there an overnight or multi-day option?

Multi-day and overnight rates are available. Contact us directly for custom weekly packages and black-out dates.

Do you allow food and drinks on set?

Light craft services are permitted in the common lounge only. No food or open liquids are allowed inside the shooting rooms.
